"Krim-Irey" LLC – an engineering company working in the field of integrated project development of power facilities – was started in 1999:
- 1999 – performing works on reconstruction and commissioning of cable lines of power grids of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea regions.
- 2003 – design department was started. Specialization: air and cable lines of 0,4–110 kV voltage, 6–110 kV transformer substations, 0,4–35kV distribution points, transit boards.
- 2005–2006 – development of feasibility studies, development of permissive documentation for carrying out construction, land works, mounting works and commissioning of wind power facilities.
- 2006–2008 – development of the project study of the 300 MW "Nova-Eco" WPP on the territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea on two sites: 200 MW in Chernomorskiy region and 100 MW in Leninskiy region. "Martifer Group" (Portugal) was the strategic investor of the project. The site selection was performed with participation of Ukrainian and foreign experts.
- 2008 – the company gets diversified.
- 2009 – development of "turn-key" project documentation for four investment projects of WPP construction with the total capacity of 1000 MW (Bahchisarayskiy, Sovestkiy, Belogorkiy and Pervomayskiy regions of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea).
- 2009 – development of the structure of the "Krim-Irey" company, creation of the "Krim-Irey-Project" LLC.
- 2011 – cooperation with the "Management Company "Wind Parks of Ukraine" LLC including engineering of the operating WPP and development of investment projects for building of WPPs on the territory of Ukraine with the total capacity of 1400MW.
- 2013 – development of the project of construction of 45MW WPP on Yerementau site, on the territory of Republic of Kazakhstan.
- 2013 – development of the feasibility study for the 60MW Shelekskaya WPP in the Shelek Corridor of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
